This is my first castle cake and it was so much fun! I ran out of room for the little girl's name, so I made a letter "A" monogram out of some beads. My customer was going to add Disney Princesses and Dora on the cake at the party. The cake was white with BC and white choc raspberry mousse. Thanks for looking!

beautiful! How did you do the towers?
MellyD 10/1/06 at 9:42pm
The small tower was a plastic dowel rod and the other three were paper towel rolls. All of them were covered with fondant dyed to match my buttercream. Thanks for all of your comments!

So cute, love all the details.

How did you transport it without the towers falling. I have to do a castle cake by Sat. for my friends little girl. I would love to know what tip you used for the flowers and vines and how you made the stepping stones.
