Gerber Daisy Wedding Cake
This is just a very simple wedding cake. Bottom layer is a chocolate cake with a Bailey's chocolate silk mousse. Second layer is carrot cake with cream cheese filling. Top layer is actually just a 6" cake pan. All iced in buttercream and decorated with gerber daisies.
