Just completed a two day course at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School. All chocolate decorations, using Callebaut chocolate.

Dear Natalia, I have no idea in cake decorating but have fallen in love with CC about two. I live in Sydney and would love to do a cake decorating class. Natalia there so many of these classes all over the place. Is there on that you would recommend? I have two small children so i want to learn and do something for me me me me me me. thank you Rox
