I decorated the extra cupcakes and small cake rounds as Pokeballs to go along with the Pokemon birthday theme. I definitely had fun making these. Thanks for looking!
Thanks! mmdd - I used thinned royal icing for the characters, and the name and number on the cupcake cake. It took a lot of time and patience but it was well worth it.
did u free hand draw the characters and then filled w/ icing or how did u do it? what abt the icing on the pokeballs..is it buttercream? plz send me tips as i have to get one made for a kid's bday and have no idea how to get the images on cake?

new2bake - i outlined the image by tracing a colour book page then filled it in with icing. yes, the icing on the pokeballs is buttercream. good luck!
