Each layer was a different flavor: bottom was french vanilla, middle was french vanilla/strawberry swirled together, and top was strawberry. All icing and decoration was in buttercream. It was my first time doing poinesttias. This cake took me a total of 8 hours to do. I surprised my co-workers with it for the Christmas party! :) Everyone loved it!
