Shinlever Wedding
This cake gave me such a fit for some reason. I've been up 33 hours straight because of this cake. We've had LOT'S of heavy rain the past 2 days and I don't know, maybe that had something to do with it. But I've never had one split open on the side and burst the filling out till this cake. I repaired the bottom tier 3 times. Then when I got there with it and was setting up, the middle tier wanted to do the same thing. I'm just so happy this wedding is over. They loved their cake, but it's not great.

Thank you so much. Isnt' it wonderful how God has time for even our little silly problems like keeping a cake from falling apart. HE cares for the little sparrow which falls, why wouldn't HE care for the little things that mean so much to us? Thank you so much for the prayers!

Thanks Steph,and your not gonna believe this, that stand cost me a whole $14.99. I'd been looking at Wilton stands and other cake stands, but the prices were ridculous. I wondered why a plant stand wouldn't work. Found that one at Lowes, DH spray painted it white and I covered it in swags. I then found more stands, shorter at Big Lots for $4.99. Now I have a tall white one, a short white one, and also a short silver and a short gold one, all for less than one Wilton Stand. Thanks again for the prayers.
