A dummy cake made for a Bridal Expo this weekend. Made from 3, 8inch rounds covered in fondant , with fondant stripes and sugar liliums.

I'd LOVE to know how to get lilies to look like that--I have a bride wanting white lilies in June...those are GORgeous.

This is absolutely stunning, beyond words! How do you cut something like this? Do you put each cake on its own cake board and cut each cake individually?

cindww, yes there are 3 cake dummies inside, which would be translated into 3 cakes, each on their own board and dowelled individually, so when you needed to cut it you would simply cut through the stripe and remove each cake one by one, and cut them as normal. Thanks :)
