Random Cake
This is a cake I did for no reason at all except to get rid on the extra mint I had in the house after the Derby!!! It was chocolate with a mint buttercream filling. Next time I make it it will have a thin layer of whit ganash. The decoration are MMF. Sorry kind of messy but wanted to go to bed so kind of threw them on.
Very interesting cake! It is so neat, really makes you look at it again! I like the colors and the decorations! Great job!
