In album: hydrangea
Top and bottom layer are forms, the two lopsided middle ones are real. One is chocolate, one is white.
Im just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to take the lopsidedness out of it. I think I have done all I can. Oh yeah... the two real ones are now stuck together, so I can't really lift them off without wrecking it. Joy joy joy !!!!

I think you did a really good job. My stove is a little off also so I know your pain. Here's a couple of tricks my teacher shot my way - 1. check the cakes before laying them you can usually tell if they are a bit lopsided and put the higher side with the lower side etc., 2. Use a large knife or cake layer cutter and slice off the higher side to make layers more even. 3. Last your lopsided oven is probably fixable. There are usually screw on feet at the bottom of the stove use a level to adjust. :D

Other than being a little off kilter I think the cake looks great! I wouldn't worry about it myself. Besides I don't know what you can do without damaging the cake. Your flowers are soo pretty!
