Safari Cake
This cake is my own version of the one in "The Whimsical Bakehouse". I did not have time to do the trees :( This cake was done for a group of small children who were going on a trip to the Zoo to spend the night AT the zoo! Better them than me!!!!!!
love it so colorful, love the animals too. the zoo overnight yeah maybe 20yrs ago. LOL

Thanks you guys! I did not have time this week to have "baked ahead". From start to finish this cake took 8.5hrs! But, the bottom is two 10" torted layers and the top is a 6" torted as well (and all 3" deep).
