Mother's Day Cake
Oval Lemon Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Filling and BC frosting. THANK YOU CC for the recipes!!! YOu are all awesome! The design is a mix from the Wilton books. These were the first Royal Icing flowers made outside of class. Out of 17 flowers I only had these 4 that did not break. My icing was too thick I think.
I've done a similar cake in purple..I love the blue you used! Your flowers look really good. And your recipes sounds wonderful!
