Daisies

I made this cake in Course 3 and it is a Wilton design. All fondant covered and decorations. This is a triple layer chocolate butter fudge cake, torted x 3 and filled with whipped ganache, frosted with buttercream then covered in fondant. These little Daisies are so adorable and a joy to create! I think I am having waaaaaay to much fun with fondant! :)

Love the daisies. What did you dry them on to make the petals cup up?

Thanks for all the comments! Fat-sissy, I did not dry them before putting them on the cake. I just made them and put them directly on the cake. The tool to make the petals makes them curl up quite a bit.
