Pints of Guiness for St.Patrick's Day. The logo is done with the edible gold powder. The icing is made super dark with Dutch cocoa.

These are soo cool! My husband enjoys that beer as well. What kind of cookies are they that they are so dark? Awesome job, I will have to try my hand at these!

It's a gingerbread cookie, made with the dark brown sugar. I use the recipes from www.kitchengifts.com who sell the most gorgeous cutters!! The icing is royal icing made with meringue powder.
