Thank You Cake
i made this cake for a friend of my mother's, who handcrafted my boys each a cute gift. it is vanilla cake with peanut butter mousse filling and a whipped ganache frosting. it was my first time using this kind of frosting (i made up the recipe myself) and it was kinda hard to work with.
