This is the cake I made for our fourth wedding anniversary. It is a yellow cake with cream cheese and strawberry filling and buttercream dream icing. The ankh is made from gold dragees; the tassles and rings are not edible. Our wedding colors were cream, gold, and black. The ankh was a symbol that was used throughout our wedding. This was my first attempt at torting and filling a cake. I'm fairly pleased with the outcome.
