Strawberry Topped Cake
Quick last minute cake I did along with a Mothers Day cake in the morning for Mothers Day & sisters birthday that evening. Hazelnut cake and chocolate cake done in checkerboard pans, filled with Nutella cream and frosted with Chocolate Buttercream. A Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache on top with Chocolate dipped strawberries, edged with piroutte cookies. Unfortunately I was running short on time and poured too much ganache on top and put the strawberries going the wrong way...Oh well it tasted delish !!!
Looks yummy even without the description and personally, I don't think there can ever be too much ganache!
AS soon as I get my lips detached from the screen Ill tell you how WONDERFUL you did! OMG I'm droooooooooooling .... Looks so delicious
