Mother's Day Ambrosia Cake
Ambrosia cake, crushed pineapple in yellow cake, filling is cream cheese butter and orange zest, icing is buttercream icing with vanilla and orange extract, topping on cake is chunks of pineapple, mandarin oranges and shredded coconut. Mother's Day Brunch at the church

Thanks for the nice comments...it is 1/2 butter 1/2 crisco butter. I try not to overbeat it to eliminate the dreaded bubbles. Thanks for looking!
