I used a 10 inch square double layer cake pan and two cake mixes for the base. Then a double 6 inch layer cake and 5 cupcakes with 1 cake mix. 5 sugar cones on top of the cupcakes . put the 6 inch cake on a 6 inch cake board insert 4 cut to fit straws into the middle of 10 inch cake for support for the 6 inch cake,placed in the middle of the 10 inch cake. Frost both layer cakes. Then place a cupcake on each corner secure with a 10 in wooden skew with flag taped on top, place the 5th cupcake on top .
