butter pecan cake with maple icing. Everything is buttercream. This was my first time decorating a rectagular shaped cake. Wasn't quite sure where to place anything. Sure is different then doing a round cake. Hope mom likes it.... The size is a 9x13 and I used a swag marker for the sides.

What did you use to make the oval so perfect? I am doing one today and thought about using my small oval pan from class 2?? Also, what size cake is this? It is beautiful.. Def a fave!
