This are 3 heart shaped cakes made from scratch using my own personal recipe. I used buttercream icing, chocolate and strawberries filling. To decorate the cake I used melted chocolate waffers and made my own flowers out royal icing. These cakes I will give to my Mom, and my two girlfriends as Mother's Day gift. Off course I will have to change the inscription of the cakes and will tell them the story as to why. They will love to know that their cakes are in a contest. I enjoyed making the cakes.
