Mother's Day Cakes For My Girlfriends (And Me!)
I made these little 4in Mother's Day cakes as a surprise for my girlfriends and one extra for me (sad, I know!). Lemon pound cake filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Decorated with lemon buttercream, MMF, flowers are a combination of royal icing and MMF.
