Corona Bottle. Used 3 6" rounds cut in 1/2 and laid on board to create round bottle shape. Used teddy bear pan heating core for bottle neck. And the label was actually printed from my printer, taped it to wax paper then placed on icing. (All ideas found on here...Thank you!)
