Chocolate fudge with cookies and cream filling, buttercream icing and chocolate transfer butterflies. Butterflies made using pattern and instructions from the Whimsical Bakehouse book.
Thank you for the compliments! The idea for the icing was also from the Whimsical Bakehouse. I used a combo of Swiss Meringe and no-crust buttercream (I dont think crusting buttercream would work). I divided it into four bowls and colored each a different pastel. Then I dabbed the colored icing on randomly, not letting the colors mix together. Chilled the cake until the frosting hardened up, then used a bench scraper (you could use a spatula) to evenly scrape of the excess to form a smooth surface...
