Tiffany Box Cake

Tiffany Box Cake on Cake Central

I was happy to have the opportunity to make this... its a big one, a total of four ten inch layers, each on its own board for ease of serving. I wish I was better at smoothing fondant and making perfect corners, so if anyone has any tips or critiques I would love a PM with some helpful techniques! I was happy about how my logo turned out though, using wax paper and food marker.

This is sooo gorgeous! I think your fondant looks perfect!! Can you please explain exactly how you did the logo? I plan on doing one of these next week. thanks

I just found the logo online by going to Google Images and typing in "Tiffany logo". Then saved it to my computer and resized it. I turned the paper over and traced it mirror image onto wax paper with a food pen, and then positioned it on the cake and rubbed it on. Then let it dry, and went over it once more with the food pen to darken it. Thanks!

Fantastic work...I see no problems with the fondant!!! I agree, the tissue paper was a great touch.
