can you share some tips as to what size cake this was and how were you able to shape this so well thanks

Well, for the body, I cut a 10" square in half and stacked the halves on each other. For the head, I used a 6" round and for the paws, legs, and snout I cut up a 8" square and placed them where I thought they should go. The ears and tail are made out of icing. It took 4 lbs. of buttercream icing to make the dog. The tongue, eyes, and nails are made out of fondant.
