I've seen hamburger cakes made with two-9in. rounds. One for the patty and one for the bottom bun, but then for the top bun people use a ball tin for like a baseball or soccr ball or whatever. This cake look just as good as when I've seen cakes made with the ball tin. Great Job!!!!

Yes, all buttercream, chocolate layer in middle is just coated with red piping gel, sesame seeds on top, got out of American Cake Decorator Mag some years ago.
