Since my writing on a cake looks like chicken scratch I came up with this very easy method. I use my computers Word program and type what I want to say using whatever font I think looks best for the project, then I print it out and tape it to a cake board. Next cover it with wax paper, then using a tip 2 or 3, pipe the royal icing over the words. For this cake I piped pink first, then over piped with white. Let the words dry, about 48 hrs, then peal them off of wax paper and put them on your cake.
