Love the cake! The details are perfect. Did you use the Texas shaped pan or did you carve it? I am making a western themed cake for my brother and his family next week because they are visiting from texas. I would love some advice from you on how you made your hat if you wouldn't mind. You did a very nice job on the whole display of cakes. You are very talented. Going in to my favs :)
