Two Color Roses
This is third cake I made after completing course 1. I made the roses with left over icing from another cake I did. It's all cream cheese icing.

I use either straight cream cheese or a combination with butter or crisco. For roses you just have to add lots of ps. I start out with what i think is stiffer than I need and then it turns out perfect when I work with it because it softens.
