Chocolate Yum Cake!

This is for chocolate lovers only! It was done for my boss' birthday!I did the chocolate swirls for a previous groom's cake (also in my photos) and really liked the way they looked, so I tried it on a smaller scale.

Love it! What icing did you use? What are the roses made of?

Thank you! They're actually not roses, but rosettes, but now that I look - they do sort of look like roses! But they're actually just buttercream rosettes.
