The Pechina - Fondant & Gumpaste Roses With Luster Dust on Cake Central

The Pechina was my first attempt at making Fondant & Gumpaste Roses... I was thrilled with how they turned out! If I never have to do buttercream / RI roses again... I'm fine with that :) I used Fresh Strawberries for the filling that I just chopped up in my food processor for a few seconds. I was really happy w/ how that turned out.
