This was actually a dummy cake I did for a local florist's open house. Fondant outside and swag. Gumpaste flowers - all made by me.

Your flowers are just gorgeous!! I wish I could do roses like that.. I'm not very good at gumpaste... dunno what I do wrong but they surely don't look as good as yours! Yours are beautiful!!

Beautiful Work. How do you cover a dummy cake with royal icing without it sliding? Assuming that was icing you used.

Cake was covered in fondant,,, but you can use royal icing if you make it stiff consistency.

How much would you charge for a cake like this? I'm sure it took a lot of time making the flowers. I bought a kit and am planning on trying to teach myself.
