I did this cake for one of my moms co-workers. She loves palm trees. It is made out of (4) 9 in rounds cut in half and stacked. and (2) 13 x 9 in pan stacked and cut to shape the trunk. The coconuts are mini chocolate donut holes. It was a lot of fun to make this. The only problem was that it weighed a ton!
