My stepson and stepdaughter-in-law just celebrated their 20th anniversary. I baked this white chocolate cheesecake and decorateed it with their 10 and 14 year old daughters. It was so much fun and delicious. We made all the chocolate decorations and used chocolate clay for to cover the cheesecake. They were so surprised and loved it!
