1St Wedding Cake 07165
My first wedding cake. The bride wanted a really simple and plain cake. No ribbon or anything. I found myself wanting to put a fondant bow on it or something! She added a plain silver initial on the top. BC Icing. 3 layers each.
In my faves. Bravo, for a first wedding cake. I can't get over how smooth your icing is. What recipe did you use?

Thanks everyone, I use 1/2 butter 1/2 hi ratio shortning BC recipe and I use a hot spatula to smooth. The luster is just from the flash on the camera.
