I saw this cake in the gallery and decided to try it for a friend who asked me to make her a strawberry cake. Layers of yellow cake with homade strawberry preserves, white buttercream frosting, chocolate ganache glaze and topped off with chocolate-covered strawberries. I had a hard time working with the white drizzle, but not too bad for a first timer.
