Spring Garden (Overhead View)

THis was the cake I did for a fun bride who wanted something different. Got the idea from carriescakes.com; it was a 6,8, and 10 in. round covered in bc. with fondant, royal, and petal dust accents, topper done in gumpaste.

Hey pilates2, I use Satin Ice fondant, but most of the time I cover the cakes in bc and use fondant and gumpaste for my accents. This cake is done in buttercream too.
