Yes, it is ganache under the chocolate pieces. Darra--a Jerry cake is named for the groom who ordered it. Brought me a magazine pic and I copied it. He told me that was the only cake he wanted from now on. It is my most popular groom's cake. QueLinda--sent you the directions.
