My First Fancy Oreo Cookies (And Cake Truffles)!
After seeing a demo at my first San Diego Cake Club meeting I decided to try making fancy chocolate covered oreos. They are sooo much fun and much neater than hand dipping. I used a variety of milk, white and dark chocolate candy melts. My first batch of cake truffles (aka cake balls) are in the middle. All decorated in Easter colors for a party tomorrow.

OMG. I saw that demo too and bought Oreos today so I can make the cookies tomorrow. Yours came out great. Hope mine come out half as good. I'm also doing cake balls. Wow, we think exactly alike.LOL. Great job.
