In album: carnation
This is the cake I did for a funeral for tomorrow. Its suppose to be carnations, maroon and a shade lighter for a few. They kind of look like mums in the pic but they really did turn out pretty in person. I didn't want to put to bright of colors on it or to much, wanted to keep it kind of plain and simple for that kind of occasion. I put a little scroll work in the corners on top, can't see real well in the pic either. I wanted to say thanks to everyone for the help earlier and the ideas!

Are the carnations bc or royal? Did you do them and freeze them or do them and put them on the cake immediately. Beautiful job.

Thank you! Their buttercream, and I put them right on the cake as I did them.
