I had actually found the image online and then did a search here and found sugarshack's cake. Her's is adorable. I like the picket fence she did too. So, I did my own version of her cake.

How do you make the "clouds" for your top border? That cake is adorable!

I use tip #12 and just move it up and down to make the clouds.
