Mini Cake With Roses
I was trying out my new mini pan from Wilton and I made this cute little cake. It's chocolate chip cake with oreo filling, covered in IMBC. I wanted to see if I could make roses with IMBC - looks like I can! Anyway, I really thought it was cute, so I wanted to share.
Very cute little cake. I have this pan and have not been able to use it yet, now I can't wait.

Frosting never looks good to me, and I always scrape it off. But on your cake, it looks soooooo yummy! It's so smooth and the flowers look great!

IMBC is Italian Meringue Buttercream - my new favourite icing. So yummy! Thanks for all your kind comments!

revel, it's the Wilton Mini Tasti-fill pan set. The pans are 4x1-1/4" and makes a two layer cake about 4" in diameter. The set comes with 4 little pans.

Great job with the IMBC! The cake is absolutely adorable. Your roses are terrific but I really love the border, esp on the top, I just want to eat it up!
