I did this cake for my mother-in-law for her birthday. The cake was a pineapple cake mix that I added a can of crushed pineapple and some coconut to. My husband suggested that I use my Flower Power pan and decorate it with all of the kids and grandkids favorite colors on each petal. Then I wrote the names of each person coming out of the center of the cake on the petals. We put her name right in the middle, along with her age. I thougth about doing one like this for Mother's Day too for my mom.
