Love the cake! Would you share how you made her shape?

Sure. I chose the easy way and used my heart pans. I cut a little bit of the bottom points of the heart pans and turned one upside down pressing them together. I used my sports ball pan for the breast area and used leftover cake pieces that I had cut earlier to form a neck and chest.
