Lovely cake, now my brother wants one LOL can you tell me how you got your choco BC so rich and dark looking? I thought it was ganache at first LOL
I use a cocoa powder made by Chocovic from Spain. The flavor is out of this world!!! in2food.com may ship to you call them. The chocolate is worth the money!

OH Yeah I can't take credit for the strawberries the mother of the groom did them, the cake had to travel about 300 miles to South Georgia for the wedding, I had another wedding in Snellville so I wasn't able to take it. I told her how to dip them and she did a wonderful job!
