Wow, I saw in your post that you had 15 coffee cans! 8O That's a lot of coffee! The cakes are great looking though, I may never look at a can of sweet potatoes in the same way again. LOL
I kept saving my empty coffee cans and my husband flattened the sharp edges with some pliers. I greased them like a regular pan and baked several cakes at the same time.
