This was my first castle cake. I got a lot of help from LoriMc (thank you so much). It is on a 11x15 sheet cake. I used butter cookies as the towers and put a dowel rod through them so they would stay in place when I moved it. I used royal icing and 50/50 fondant/gum paste as the decorations. The cake was covered in buttercream.
