Mini cake 3.75" X 3.75". Buttercream. First attempt at cornelli lace. Its hard work! Violets made from royal icing. Cake is displayed on candle holder. Thanks for looking!

oh my gosh, how cute. i'm glad you said it was on a candleholder, gives a good visual of how tiny it was. did you have a little pan or did you have to cut it to that size

I actually baked (2) 8" square layers and cut them into 4 pieces each. I've been using these little cakes to practice some new techniques. Thanks for the nice comments :)
