Yes, royal icing. I photocopied the monogram the bride supplied me with and blew it up by 200%. I traced over it with parchment paper. What I SHOULD have done was to let the letters dry on the curved surface of the cake pan though...see how the M sticks out from the cake?? Silly mistake, nobody at the wedding mentioned it though!!
