How hard is it to ice the cupcakes and not have them move? I would like to try a cupcake cake.
Just put a dab of frosting under each cupcake before setting it on the cake board so they don't shift. Then frost the whole thing.
Very nice. Did you free hand the designs or are they BCT?
All are free hand but the moose and brown bear. I traced a photo of those two and used the pin prick method to transfer it onto the cake.
